血管支架在组织血管病变中对血管内皮细胞活化及纤维蛋白原变化的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨血管支架在组织血管病变中对血管内皮细胞活化及纤维蛋白原变化的影响。方法观察21例颈动脉狭窄,49例冠状动脉狭窄和13例下肢动脉狭窄患者血管支架植入术前后von Willebrand因子(v WF),内皮素(ET),纤维蛋白原(FIB)和纤维蛋白(原)降解产物(FDP)的变化。结果各组v WF,ET,FIB和FDP较治疗前均有所升高;多支冠脉血管组与单支冠脉血管组各指标升高幅度有显著差异,P<0.05;v WF与ET的升高呈显著相关,Pearson相关系数为0.777,P<0.05。结论血管支架应用在组织血管病中可以活化血管内皮细胞,且可以升高血浆纤维蛋白原的含量。
