摘要
为提供小儿大脑大静脉的应用解剖学资料,本文分组观察了75例小儿大脑大静脉的形态和行程,测量了大脑大静脉与松果体、胼胝体压部和直窦间的位置关系,结合松果体区肿瘤、大脑大静脉畸形等疾病的诊治讨论了与之有关的临床应用问题.
The shape and course of greatcerebral vein were observed on 75 childcadavers.Special attention was paidto its relations to pineal gland,sple-enium of corpus cullosum and straig-ht sinus.The results provided anat-omical data for diagnosis and treatm-ent of the pineal tumour and the ma-lformation of great cerebral vein.
