摘要
AC311直升机安装LTS101-700D-2发动机,在进行地面长试及大功率悬停时,出现主减滑油温度偏高以及滑油风扇工作频繁的现象。从散热效率、进气构型等方面对该故障现象进行了分析,理清出现此现象的原因,并对相应的改进措施以及验证结果进行了说明。
AC311 helicopter LTS101 -700D -2 engine installation, in the ground test and high power long hovering showed a mail gear box oil temperature on the high side, and oil fan work frequently phenomenon. In this paper, from the cooling efficiency and inlet configuration, the fault phenomenon were analyzed, and the reasons for this phenomenon were clarified, the corresponding improvement was measured and verification results were illustrated.
