氮肥用量与基追比例对弱筋小麦‘生选6号’产量和品质的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为给优质弱筋小麦高产优质栽培提供科学依据,以弱筋小麦新品种生选6号为试验材料,设置180、240、300 kg/hm23个施氮水平和基肥∶分蘖肥∶拔节肥为9∶1∶0、7∶1∶2、5∶1∶4等3个施氮方式,研究了施氮量和基追比例对生选6号籽粒产量和品质的影响。结果表明,产量随拔节期追肥比例的增加而增加,受氮肥用量影响不大;穗数随施氮量的增加呈下降趋势,穗粒数先增加后减少,千粒重则增加;随着拔节期追肥比例的增加,穗数、穗粒数增加,千粒重则基本不变;籽粒蛋白质含量随着施氮量及拔节期追肥比例的增加而升高;面团稳定时间随拔节期追肥比例的增加而缩短,饼干厚度与面团稳定时间呈显著负相关。在本试验条件下,实现生选6号优质与高产相结合的施氮量为180 kg/hm2,施氮方式即基肥∶分蘖肥∶拔节肥为7∶1∶2。 In order to provide foundation for high yield and quality cultivation method of weak-gluten wheat,a new weak-gluten wheat Shengxuan 6 was used as tested material,the effects of nitrogen amount and ratio of base and topdressing on its yield and quality were studied by three nitrogen amount levels of 180,240 and 300 kg / hm2,and three type proportions of nitrogen applied in sowing,tillering and jointing stage was were 9∶ 1∶ 0,7∶ 1∶ 2,5∶ 1∶ 4. The results showed that the yield increased with the increase of proportion of nitrogen applied in jointing stage and had no significant change with the change of nitrogen amount. The number of spike decreased with the increase of nitrogen amount,and the number of grain per spike first increased and then decreased,while the thousand kernel weight increased. The number of spike and the number of grain per spike increased when the proportion of nitrogen applied in jointing stage increased. However,the thousand kernel weight was not changed. The grain protein content increased with the increase of the nitrogen amount and the proportion of nitrogen applied in jointing stage. The dough stable time shortened with the increase of nitrogen proportion applied in jointing stage,and the cookie thickness was negatively related with dough stable time. In this study,as far as the grain yield and quality factors were concerned,the nitrogen amount was at 180 kg / hm2,the proportion of nitrogen applied in sowing,tillering and jointing stage was 7∶ 1∶ 2.
