摘要
通过考察丙烷脱氢工艺条件对丙烯选择性的影响,并分析副产物的主要来源,发现温度、压力和空速是影响丙烯选择性的主要因素;低温、低压和高空速有利于提高丙烯选择性;在高温、高压、高空速条件下,热裂解是副产物的主要来源,催化裂解副产物比例较少;副产物浓度与丙烷相对于催化剂空隙的空速倒数呈线性关系。
By examining the impact of the propane dehydrogenation technological conditions to propylene selectivity, and analyzing the main source of byproducts, the study found that the temperature, pressure and space velocity were the main factors affecting the propylene selectivity. Low temperature, low pressure and high space velocity will help improve the propylene selectivity. At high temperature with high space velocity and pressure conditions, pyrolysis was the main source of byproducts, cat-cracker less cleavage byproducts. The relationship between the reciprocal of propane void space velocity and byproduct yield was a linear.
