摘要
通过分析薄壁内腔细长轴零件的加工工艺,找出加工过程中震颤、刚性差、易弯曲变形等问题,采用改变刀具几何角度、控制切削用量、增加辅助夹具加强细长轴刚性的工艺措施,实践中解决了在细长轴上加工薄壁内腔时刚性差的难加工问题。在实际生产中应用此法保证了细长轴薄壁内腔加工精度和表面质量,同时还大大提高了加工效率。
Through the analysis of processing technology of thin wall intracavity slender shaft parts,find out the problems of tremor, poor rigidity, easy bending deformation in the machining, Use these technological measures,such as changing the tool geometry angles,control of cutting parameters,adding auxiliary fixture to strengthen the rigidity of slender shaft,In practice,the problem of poor rigidity in the machining of shaft slen-der thin wall intracavity can be solved. In the actual production,with this method can ensure the slender shaft thin wall intracavity machining accuracy and surface quality,at the same time, also greatly improves the pro-cessing efficiency.
