钙激活性氯离子通道抑制剂对肺动脉平滑肌作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 1肺动脉平滑肌细胞(PASMCs)的钙激活性氯离子通道(CaCCs)与跨膜蛋白16A(TMEM16A)肺血管张力维持需要CaCCs参与。人们对不同组织(包括肺动脉)中平滑肌细胞上CaCCs进行了广泛研究,发现其通道活性在维持肺血管张力中起着重要作用[1-2]。CaCCs如何参与平滑肌细胞收缩,现有2种假设机制[3-4]:(1)"ryanodine受体(RyR)通道"机制。
