摘要
教学、科研、家庭三重压力让教师工作不再轻松,平时疏于身体锻炼使教师群体健康状况堪忧。为此,基于高低不平的石头表面刺激脚底的穴位可以提高身体和精神健康的中国传统医学理论,研制一款多功能教学讲台。实践证明,在不影响教师教学的同时,能有效提高教师身体和精神健康,提高教学效率。
The triple pressure of teaching, research and family let the teachers＇ work is no longer easy, the poor health of teacher is worrying because usually lack of physical exercise. Therefore develop a multifunctional teaching platform based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, that stimulate foot acupuncture point by the rough stone surface can improve the physical and mental health, the practice proved that teachers can effectively improve physical and improve teaching efficiency ,and that does not affect the teaching work.
