摘要
目的测定川续断皂苷Ⅵ和川续断总皂苷的含量,探讨不同产业化加工工艺对川续断质量的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法分别对不同片型和不同干燥温度加工的续断饮片中川续断皂苷Ⅵ和川续断总皂苷的含量进行测定。结果切4 mm的续断片,50℃烘干后,川续断皂苷Ⅵ及川续断总皂苷的含量均高于其他加工工艺所得饮片。结论为保证续断饮片的质量,确定了切制片型厚度和烘干温度等工艺参数。
Objective To determine the content of akebia saponins Ⅵ and total saponins,and to investigate the industrialization of different processing technology on the quality of Radix Dipsaci. Methods The content of akebia saponins Ⅵ and total saponins of dif-ferent type and different drying temperature processing of Radix Dipsaci decocting pieces were determined by HPLC and UV spec-trophotometry. Results By cutting 4 mm fragment and drying at 50 ℃,the content of akebia saponins Ⅵ and total saponins were higher than other processing technology slices. Conclusion The cutting production process parameters such as thickness and drying tem-perature are determined to ensure the quality of Radix Dipsaci decocting pieces.
