摘要
指出与流程型制造企业相比,离散制造企业有着更复杂的物流网络及供应链网络,尤其是在日常生产运作过程中遇到插单、撤单等随机需求变化的时候,使得事先制定的库存计划显得不可靠。当前我国很多离散制造企业都面临"高库存、频缺料"的运营困境,而在强调协同合作的现代供应链环境中,离散制造企业要想解决库存难题就不能仅依照面向企业内部的传统库存决策,还必须考虑供应链上大量协作成员企业的影响。合理的库存策略不仅直接影响企业流动资金的周转、生产的效率,而且在满足客户服务方面也起着至关重要的作用,从供应链协同角度研究离散型制造企业库存策略具有一定的现实意义。
In this paper, we pointed out that as compared with the process-based manufacturing enterprises, the discrete manufacturing enterprises have more complicated logistics networks and supply chain networks which would render their inventory plans made in advance more unreliable and then in view of the current status of the modem supply chain operation of the discrete manufacturing enterprises in China, we proposed the measures for these enterprises to deal with these problems.
