摘要
西安地铁四号线五路口车站采用半铺盖顺筑法施工,基坑中部的临时立柱桩造成了钢管支撑安拆难度大,地下水位偏高及局部限高下施工等不确定性因素给基坑支护工程施工安全带来隐患。阐述了该支护工程特点及方案设计,通过对现场监测数据的分析,得到围护桩桩顶水平位移、支撑轴力、临时立柱桩沉降及地表累计沉降。同时运用有限元软件模拟基坑开挖,模拟结果和实测结果对比表明,基坑支护方案合理可行,结构可靠安全,达到了预期效果。
Wulukou station of Xi'an Metro Line 4 adopted the semi-cover construction method, temporary post pile in the middle of foundation pit caused the installation and removal difficulty of steel pipe supporting, high groundwater level and local limiting construction, which means such uncertainties could bring hidden trouble to the safety of foundation pk supporting engineering construction. This paper described the characteristics and scheme design of the supporting project, obtained the horizontal displacement of retaining pile top, supporting axial force, temporary post pile settlement and surface cumulative settlement through on-site monitoring data analysis. Finite element software was used to simulate foundation pit excavation and the simulation results and the experimental results showed that the foundation pit supporting scheme is reasonable and feasible, structure of which is reliable and safe, and the expected results are achieved.
