摘要
针对传统组织结构的各种问题,提出了流程型组织结构模式,运用熵理论,考虑了组织结构的时效、质量和柔性度,通过案例分析了直线职能型组织结构和流程型组织结构的有序度,结果表明,流程型组织结构具有较高的有序度,为房地产企业多项目管理提供了参考。
In the face of various problems of the traditional organization structure,the process-oriented organization structure model is put for-ward. Using the entropy theory,the time,quality and flexibility of the structure are considered,and the order degree of the function-oriented or-ganization and process-oriented organization is analyzed by case study. The results show that the process-oriented organization has a high degree of order,which can provide a reference for the real estate enterprise multi project management.
