一种有效的10kV架空线多台分段开关过流保护配合策略的研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文以榆横工业区内的两条10kV手拉手架空电力线为例,提出10k V线路分段开关较多的时候,按照常规三段式过流保护配合策略进行整定,将出现整定计算困难和越级跳闸的现实难题。基于此问题,本文研究提出一种有效的10kV架空线多台分段开关过流保护配合策略,即多套保护定值模式,开关依次交替配置过流Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅰ、Ⅲ段保护。之后本文应用PSCAD仿真软件建模并进行仿真实验,结果表明,这种策略可有效防止10kV线路多台分段开关上下级配合出现拒动、误动、越级跳闸的问题,为多台开关的过流保护配合提供一种有效思路,对多开关的10k V线路运行和设备采购均具有现实指导意义。 Based on the electric line two 10kV Yu Heng Industrial Zone hand in hand overhead as an example, when put the 10kV section switch more, according to the conventional three section type overcurrent coordination strategy setting, will appear the realistic problem of setting calculation difficulties and skip trip. Based on this problem, this paper proposes a 10kV overhead of more effective station section switch overcurrent coordination strategies, namely, multiple sets of protection setting mode, switch are alternately arranged over current I, II, III section protection and I. This article after the application of PSCAD simulation software modeling and simulation experiments, results show that this strategy can effectively prevent the 10kV line multiple section switch on the lower level with the emergence of tripping, the misoperation problem, for a plurality of switch over-current protection, procurement has realistic guiding significance. override trip, fit provides a effective way of thinking lOkV line of multi switch operation and equipment
