摘要 针对动车车载设备分布广、流动性大以及维护困难的特点,设计了一套基于Inknet中间件的远程维护系统,监控端PC机通过WCDMA 3G无线网络实现对设备远程监控和维护;然后,根据动车车载设备高可靠性、高稳定性的需求,从保障动车更加安全运行的角度,为动车监控系统提出了一种双冗余人机交互单元的设计方案,给出了详细的硬件设计框图。测试结果表明,该系统性能稳定,操作方便,提高了人机交互设备的可维护性,降低了设备的维护成本。 According to the characteristics of wide distribution, high liquidity and difficult maintenance of CRH on-board equipment, a remote maintenance system was designed based on Inknet middleware; the PC at monitoring terminal realized remote monitoring and maintenance of equipment through WCDMA 3G wireless network. With the requirement of high reliability and high stability for CRH on-board equipment, a double redundancy human-computer interactive unit design scheme was put forward for CRH monitoring system from the point to ensure the operation of CRH more safety, and the detailed hardware design diagram was provided. The test result indicates that the system is working stably with convenient operation, improving the maintenance of human-computer interactive equipment and reducing the cost of equipment maintenance.
