基于路用性能的温拌沥青混合料改性剂比选 被引量:7

摘要 为了研究不同温拌改性剂对温拌沥青混合料(Warm mix asphalt,WMA)路用性能的影响,选取Asphamin、Sasobit、Evotherm和Sasowam改性剂,制备AC-13温拌沥青混合料试件,并分别测试4种温拌改性沥青混合料的高、低温性能及水稳定性,通过比较它们的路用性能,进而对温拌改性剂进行比选。结果表明:掺加Sasobit的混合料高温稳定性最优,其所对应的动稳定度分别是掺Sasowam、Evotherm和Aspha-min混合料的1.29倍、1.95倍、2.59倍;掺加Sasobit和Sasowam的温拌沥青混合料的低温性能较好,掺加Aspha-min和Evotherm的效果次之;掺加4种温拌剂的混合料水稳定性相差不大。 Four kinds of modifiers-Asphmmin, Sasobit, Evotherm and Sasowam were chosen to study influences of these modifiers on road performance of warm mix asphalt (WMA). The specimens of AC-13 warm mix as- phalt were prepared, and high-temperature performances, low-temperature performances and water stabilities of warm mix asphalts added with the four modifiers were tested and compared, in order to make a comparison of those modifiers. The results show that high-temperature stability of WMA with Sasobit is the best, and its dynamic stability is 1.29 times, 1.95 times and 2. 59 times high-temperature stabilities of those with Sasowam, Evotherm and Asphamin, respectively. The warm mix asphalts with Sasobit and Sasowam have better low-temperature performance, followed by those of WMA with Aspha-min and Evotherm. Water stabilities of WMA with the four modifiers have insig- nificant difference.
