摘要
由于垃圾焚烧技术的广泛应用,垃圾焚烧飞灰引起的污染问题也成为焦点。水泥生产协同处置生活垃圾焚烧飞灰是飞灰处置的重要途径,将水泥生产协同处置飞灰技术总结为飞灰直接入窑、预处理后利用及生产特种水泥3大类,并综述了3大类技术的研究进展及存在的问题,进而得出飞灰水洗预处理后入窑是现阶段较为可靠的资源化利用技术,而采用飞灰制备特种水泥技术也有较好的研究和应用前景。
Extensive use of municipal solid waste incineration technologies made pollutions of MSWI fly ash a crucial problem. Co-processing MSWI fly ash in cement production is an important way to dispose MSWI fly ash. The technologies of co-processing MSWI fly ash in cement production is categorized into three types: directly feeding into cement kiln without pretreatment, resource utilization of pretreated MSWI fly ash, manufacturing special cement, and the researches developments and problems of the three types of technologies are summarized. And then the resource utilization of MSWI fly ash after water washing is reliable technoiogy at present stage, and MSWI fly ash producing special cement has a bright future in the fields of research and application.
