摘要
舰艇损管能力评估是舰艇性能评估研究中的一个关键问题。因为,损管能力评估指标难以通过试验确定,并且目前尚没有充足的经验数据和试验数据进行量化。针对该问题,首先分析了舰艇损管能力的评估要素,然后,使用区间层次分析法,对各层损管要素的权重进行计算。最后,使用灰色关联分析法建立综合评估模型,并通过案例计算证明模型的有效性和使用性。
Ship damage control ability evaluation is a pivotal problem. Because the experiment and statistic data are deficient and the damage condition is complex and uncertain in the ship. To solve the problem, the damage control system＇ characteristics are analyzed firstly. And then, the weights of damage control factors at different hierarchy are calculated by IAHP （Interval Analytic Hierarchy Process）. Combined with the weightiness proportions, the comprehensive evaluation model of damage control system is founded by gray relevant degree method. At last, an example is given to validate the evaluation model.
