摘要 以某船货舱通风系统为研究对象,验证通风设计方案中使用的CFD模拟计算方法是否合理有效。首先根据船舶舱室通风系统的要素和特点,设计舱室通风数值模拟方法;在此基础上针对某船货舱通风设计方案应用Aripak软件模拟计算,输出结果满足设计要求;最后通过对照码头和航行实船试验,模拟值与试验值吻合良好,证实所用模拟方法的准确可靠。研究表明,本文提出的CFD模拟方法可有效分析船舶舱室内热环境,通过结合通风设计有助于优化设备选型和实船配置。 The research object of the paper is aimed at a vessel cargo bay ventilation to verify the reasonability and validity of the CFD simulation calculation method used in the ventilation design scheme. Firstly, a numerical ventilation method is proposed according to the factors and features of the vessel cabin ventilation system, on the basis of which the simulation calculation by Aripak software is applied in a vessel cargo bay ventilation design scheme, and the outcome meets the requirements. Lastly, compared with the clock and navigation experiment the simulation outcome matches that of the experiment well, confirming the accuracy and reliability of the used method. The study demonstrates that the thermal environment of vessel cabins can be effectively analyzed by the CFD simulation method, which combined with the ventilation design can contribute to the optimization of equipment selection and vessel installation.
