摘要
将人的生态文明意识及行为定义为绿色素质。从认知和行为两个方面对我国东西部3省5个县市的中小学生的绿色素质现状进行了调查,了解了我国青少年绿色素质的整体情况及其年龄、性别、城乡等差异,分析了原因,提出干预路径如下:学校重视第一课堂渗透绿色素质教育,注意营造绿色校园文化;加大生态文明宣传力度,促使全社会共同关注公民的绿色素质并采取行动;建立健全相关法规,完善绿色监督制度。
This paper regards the ecological civilization consciousness and relative behavior of hu- man-beings as "Green Quality", mainly analyzing the Green Quality status of primary and secondary school students in 3 provinces and 5 counties in east-western area of China from cognition and behavior perspectives, and getting an insight of the differences between age, sex, urban and rural factors. The paper also analyzed the reasons and advocated three interventions according to the problems discovered by the investigation: (1) School should pay more attention to the education of green quality in the chief class, cre- ating the relative campus culture. (2) Strengthen the propaganda power of ecological civilization, promot- ing the entire society to pay more attention to citizens' green quality. (3) Perfect relative laws and super- vision systems.
