摘要
氢氧化镁因具有无毒、抑烟等特点而成为极具发展潜力的绿色阻燃剂,但其阻燃效率低、在聚合物中分散性和相容性差等缺点,限制了其应用。目前文献报道的改善阻燃性能的方法有超细化、表面改性和水热处理等。实验研究了氢氧化镁阻燃剂的制备工艺、粒径及用量对聚丙烯性能的影响,结果表明:表面改性和纳米化对氢氧化镁的阻燃性能没有明显的影响,但会决定其与聚合物的相容性,进而影响其与聚丙烯形成的复合材料的机械性能。
With the smoking - and toxic - free merits, magnesium hydroxide (MH) has been regarded as a kind of green flame retardant with potential market. However, its applications was limited because of the low flame retardant efficiency, poor compatibility with polymeric materials and dispersity. In order to solve the above problems, the surface modification, nanominiaturization, hydrothermal treatment were studied. The flame - retarding performance of products obtained by the above processes on PP was tested in this thesis. The result showed that the surface modification, on of magnesium hydroxide could not effect obviously on the flame retardancy, but affected on the compatibility of magnesium hydroxide with PP, then affected the mechanical proper- ties of the MH / PP composite.
