摘要
2013年3、6、9、12月对汉丰湖调节坝未运行前的底栖动物和环境因子进行了4次调查,调查结果表明:汉丰湖底栖动物平均密度为325.17±140.22 ind./m2。各采样点平均水温为20.62±5.00℃、电导率为493.84±175.51μS/cm、溶解性总固体为0.370±0.143 mg/L、溶解氧为8.03±0.49 mg/L、TN为1.584±0.323 mg/L、氨氮为0.392±0.229mg/L、硝氮为0.912±0.263 mg/L、TP为0.083±0.029 mg/L、磷酸盐为0.049±0.021 mg/L、高锰酸钾指数为3.771±1.57 mg/L、叶绿素为19.15±13.03 mg/L、水深均值为5.63±4.59 m、流速为0.048±0.056 m/s、流量为1.25±1.47m3/s。应用典范对应分析(CCA),环境变量之间存在交互作用,硝氮(F=6.49,P=0.002)、水深(F=4.21,P=0.010)、总磷(F=3.64,P=0.016)是影响汉丰湖底栖动物密度的主要因素;在NO-3-N梯度上,软体动物的最适值比水生昆虫和寡毛类高,在水深和TP梯度上,寡毛类的最适值高于软体动物和水生昆虫。同时对汉丰湖调节坝开始运行,湖体水位稳定后,影响底栖动物的主要环境因子进行了分析预测。
Four surveys are carried out in March, June, September and December 2013 to monitor benthos animals and environmental factors in Hanfeng Lake before the water level regulation dam runs. The results are as follows: the average density of benthos animals in Hanfeng Lake was 325.17 ± 140.22 ind./m2, average water temperature was 20.62± 5.00℃ , electrical conductivity was 493.84 ± 175. 51 μS/cm, TDS concentration was 0. 370 ± 0. 143 mg/L, DO concentration was 8.03 -± 0.49 mg/L, TN concentration was 1. 584 ± 0. 323 mg/L, NH3-N concentration was 0. 392 ± 0. 229 mg/L, NO3-N concentration was 0. 912 ± 0. 263 mg/L, TP concentration was 0. 083 ± 0. 029 mg/L, PO±-P concentration was 0. 049 ± 0. 021 mg/L, COD Mn concentration was 3. 771 ± 1.57 rag/L, Chlorophyll concentration was 19.15 ± 13.03 mg/L, average depth was 5.63 ±4.59 m, velocity was 0. 048 ± 0. 056 m/s, and discharge was 1.25 ± 1.47 m3/s. CCA analysis showed that NO±-N ( F = 6. 49, P = 0. 002 ) , depth ( F = 4.21, P = 0. 010) and TP ( F = 3.64, P = 0. 016) were the main factors that affect the density of benthos animals in Hanfeng Lake. By NO3- -N concentration gradient, the optimum value of mollusea was higher than aquatic insects and oligochaetes; by depth and TP concentration gradient, the optimum value of oligochaetes was higher than mollusca and aquatic insects. In addition, main environmental factors that affect benthos animals were also analyzed and predicted after the water level regulation dam of Hanfeng Lake started running.
