摘要
针对选矿工艺对DCS的要求,以某金矿选矿厂自动化系统建设为背景,介绍基于和利时LK系列PLC搭建选矿DCS全过程。对DCS进行功能设计,分析系统集成方式从而选用合适的PLC模块,搭建DCS网络并配置系统。阐述PLC程序设计及实现方法,人机界面的设计与应用。实践证明,该DCS系统运行稳定、操作方便、扩展性强,达到了降低劳动强度、优化选矿工艺指标、提高生产管理效率的目的。
For the requirements of DCS for mineral processing and basis on the construction of automatic control system for a gold mineral processing plant, this paper presents the whole process of establishment of the mineral processing DCS using HollySys LK PLC. The design of DCS function is presented. Analysis the integrating methods in order to choose the appropriate PLC modules, stated the DCS network structure and configure the system. The method of design and development of PLC program, design and application of the human-machine interface are elaborated. The result proves that this DCS which is stable, easy to operate and scalability has ability to reduce the labor intensity, optimize mineral process operation and improve the efficiency of production and management.
