摘要
以甲醛、2,4-二羟基苯甲酸、L-赖氨酸为碳源,F127作为软模板剂,采用软模板催化法制备出材料GM。通过碳前驱体的TG和FT-IR测试确定材料煅烧温度为950℃,XRD和Raman谱图证实材料具有典型石墨化结构,SEM和TEM照片说明材料具有空心微球结构,BET结果表明材料呈双孔分布,平均孔径为3.04nm,比表面积为450.59m2/g。材料对苯蒸气有良好的吸附性能,静态吸附容量为835.26μmol/g,穿透时间τ0为9.86min。
The graphitized microsphere was synthesized by a soft template-catalysis procedure,with formalde-hyde,2,4-dihydroxy benzoic acid,L-lysine as carbon sources,F127 as soft template.TG and FT-IR were used to de-termine the calcination temperature of the precursor to be 950 ℃,XRD and Raman spectroscopy showed that the ma-terial had the typical graphite structure,SEM and TEM photoes implied that the material consisted of hollow micro-spheres,BET results demonstrated that average pore size of the material,with dual pore structure,was 3.04 nm,and specific surface area was 450.59 m2/g.The static adsorption capacity of the synthetic material was 835.26 μmol/g, and the breakthrough timeτ0 was 9.86 min,which presented the good adsorption performance for benzene vapor.
