摘要 本文探讨了在医疗业务规模扩大、门诊量和住院量不断攀升的新形势下,医院管理部门运用企业资源计划(ERP)系统,通过搭建医院物流系统,实现电子商务模式的订货方式,提升医用耗材管理水平。从而达到规范耗材管理、精确临床服务、降低医院运行成本、节约人力资源的目的。 In view of the enlarged business scope as well as the continuously-increased number of inpatients and outpatients in the hospital, this paper introduced the practice of the management department in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital in application of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and establishment of a hospital logistics system. As a consequence, the procurement orders could be placed in the mode of electronic commerce and medical consumables management was improved, which realized the objectives of standardized consumable management, accurate services to clinical departments, reduced operation costs and human resources.
