摘要
抗病毒药作为对抗病毒感染的重点产品,在人类医药市场发挥着举足轻重的作用。目前吉利德公司因其数个拳头产品,已成长为艾滋病、丙肝等细分市场的绝对领导者。本文通过对吉利德公司抗病毒药物的专利信息进行分析和研究,并重点剖析该公司布局中国专利的情况,可有利于指导国内制药企业进行项目立项、专利布局,并在此基础上开展仿创性的新药研发工作。
As the major product against viral infections, antiviral drugs play an important role in human medicine market. At present, the Gilead company has grown into absolute leader of market segment on HIV and HCV because of its several key products. In this paper, the patent information of antiviral drugs from Gilead was analyzed and researched, and we especially dissect its layout to the patent situation in China. This article can be beneficial to guide the domestic pharmaceutical enterprises to carry out project establishment, patent layout, and on this basis to carry out the generics and new drug research and development work.
