摘要
溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative Colitis,UC)是一种病因尚不十分清楚的结肠和直肠慢性非特异性炎症性疾病,在我国的发病率逐年上升,且其发病年龄早,病程冗长,反复发作,我国溃疡性结肠炎患者生存质量、肠道、情感能力均受到严重损伤,而目前尚缺乏根治性方法,极大的困扰着患者和医务工作者。笔者以古代中医经典中的"血水同病"理论为依据,首次将"血水同治"法运用于溃疡性结肠炎的治疗,取得了较好的结果,特介绍于下,供广大同仁参考。
Ulcerative colitis （UC） is a kind of etiology is not very clear of the colon and rectum is a chronic non-specific in- flammatory disease, the incidence rate is rising year by year, and the early age of onset, course of disease is long, repeated attacks, our quality of life of patients with ulcerative colitis, intestinal tract, emotional ability were injury, but the current lack of radical method, greatly disturbed the patients and medical workers. Author to the Chinese classic ancient ＂The incidence of blood and water at the same time＂ theory as the basis, the first ＂Blood and water treatment at the same time＂ method was used in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, and achieved good results, especially introduced, for the majority ofreference.
