摘要
目的:探讨宁肺合剂联合三伏贴对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血IL-8和T淋巴细胞亚群的影响及作用机制。方法:将于我院体检的60名健康人员作为健康组,将同期诊治的60例COPD稳定期患者作为疾病组,并将疾病组随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,2组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上予宁肺合剂联合三伏贴治疗,连续治疗2个疗程。结果:健康组血IL-8和CD8+低于疾病组,T淋巴细胞亚群中CD4+和CD4+/CD8+高于疾病组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后与治疗前相比,血IL-8和CD8+下降,T淋巴细胞亚群中CD4+和CD4+/CD8+升高(P<0.05);对照组治疗后与治疗前相比,血IL-8下降(P<0.05),但T淋巴细胞亚群中CD4+,CD8+及CD4+/CD8+变化无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:宁肺合剂联合三伏贴治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的可能机制在于减轻气道炎症反应,增强机体免疫功能。
Objective： To investigate the effect and mechanism of Ningfei mixture combined with acupoint Sticking on dog-days application on Interleukin-8 （IL-8） and T-lymphocyte Subgroup in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in stable stage. Methods： 60 healthy subjects were taken as the healthy group and 60 cases of COPD patients were taken as the disease group. The disease group was randomized into the treatment group （30 cases） treated with Ningfei mixture combined with acupoint Sticking on dog-days and the control group （30 cases） treated with conventional western medicine treatment, continued two therapeu- tic courses. Results： The levels of IL-8 and CD8 ＋ were higher and ihe levels of CD4 ＋ and CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ were lower in disease groups than those in the healthy group （P 〈 0. 05） . After treatment the levels of IL-8 and CD8 ＋ were lower and the levels of CD4 ＋ and CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ were higher in the treatment group than before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Ningfei mixture combined with acupoint Sticking on dog-days can reduce the airway inflammation and improve the immunity of body COPD patients in stable stage.
