摘要
研究充气管空间充气展开结构优化控制问题,细长的结构特点使其展开过程随机性非常强,为控制其展开过程的阶段性和稳定性,提出分段控制展开数值方法,在折叠管内部引入隔膜结构,建立分段控制展开动力学方程,利用LS-DYNA动力分析软件开展"Z"型和卷绕型折叠管的无控和受控充气展开数值仿真,仿真结果表明受控展开的折叠管各控制体积分段渐次张开,数值结果和文献试验现象更加一致;通过对展开进程及稳定性情况进行分析,得出分段控制既能保证充气展开过程的稳定性又不影响充气展开速度和充满时间的结论。研究成果揭示了折叠管受控充气展开运动规律,可以预测空间充气结构的展开动力学特性,为充气管分段优化控制提供一定的依据。
In order to control the stage and stability of the deployment process, a segment control numerical meth- od was proposed. Diaphragm structure was introduced in the folded tube, and dynamic equation of segment controlled deployment was established. Based on dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA, the uncontrolled and controlled deploy- ment numerical simulations of Z and spiral style folded tube were conducted. The simulation results show that the con- trol volumes of the controlled folded tube are inflated gradually in turn, and numerical results are consistent with the experiments. Through analysis on the deployment process and stability, it is concluded that the segment control meth- od can guarantee the stability of the inflation deployment process as well as avoid effeeting the velocity and filled time. The research results reveal the motion law of controlled inflation deployment of folded tube. It can predict the dynamic characteristics of inflatable structure, which provides a basis for its space experiment.
