摘要
高校辅导员专门从事大学生日常教育和管理,是典型的"助人"行业,很容易产生职业倦怠。随着我国高校人事用工制度的改革,高校辅导员队伍中呈现出有编制和无编制并存的显著特点,且无编制的辅导员职业倦怠现象更容易出现。在对江苏省10所高校的辅导员进行问卷调查的基础上,分析了多元化用工模式下高校辅导员的职业倦怠现状,并就相关议题展开辨析与讨论,提出了对策建议。
The job of university counselors is a typical "helpful" industry specializing in university students' daily education and management, it is easy to produce the career burnout. Along with the reform of personnel employment system in universities, university counselor team present the obvious feature of coexistence with enrolled and un - enrolled who express the career burnout phenomenon much easier. On the basis of questionnaire survey of Counselors from 10 universities in Jiangsu province, this paper analyzed the career burnout of university counselors status under the Diversified mode of employment, discussed some related issues, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
