摘要
本项目包含一栋超限高层办公楼(塔楼A,210m)及两栋超限高层公寓(塔楼B,C,199m),房屋高度均超过B级高度。依照建筑方案意图,对核心筒宽度设置进行了比选,得出了结构适宜高宽比。在此基础上,从结构受力特性、经济指标、施工工艺、防火防腐、建设周期、构造要求、使用空间等方面对各类结构类型的优劣进行了对比。结果表明:项目应选用钢筋混凝土框架(型钢混凝土柱)-核心筒结构体系,200m左右的超高层塔楼在地震作用及风荷载作用比较小、场地条件较好的情况下采用该体系最经济、刚度也最适宜。
The project contains an out-of-code high-rise office building (tower A, 210m) and two out-of-code high-rise apartments (tower B and C, 199m). The heights of the buildings surpass the height of B-level height requirement of the code. According to the architecture scheme purposes, the sets of the corewall width were compared to obtain the suitable depth-width ratio for the structure. On this basis, the advantages and disadvantages of various structural systems were compared in aspects of the mechanical characteristics, cost, construction technology, fire protection and anticorrosion design, construction period, structural details and usable space. Results show that reinforced concrete frame with steel reinforced concrete column-corewall structural system should be adopted. This system is appropriate in economy and rigidness for the super-tall tower of 200m or so at construction site with well condition under small earthquake and wind actions.
