摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻内翻性乳头状瘤切除术的临床效果。方法选取我院鼻内翻性乳头状瘤患者22例,其中17例行单纯鼻内镜手术,5例行鼻内镜下联合改良Caldwell-Luc术式,观察22例患者治疗情况。结果 22例患者均顺利完成肿瘤切除,无并发症,其中4例患者复发,经再次治疗后,无复发。结论在鼻内翻性乳头状瘤治疗中,鼻内镜下行切除术是一种效果显著且安全性较高的治疗方法,但与CaldwellLuc术式联用效果更佳。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic nasal inverted papilloma resection. Methods 22 patients with inverted papilloma of our hospital were selected, including 17 cases of nasal endoscopic surgery, 5 cases of nasal endoscopy combined with modified Caldwell-Luc operation, 22 cases of patients were observed. Results All the 22 cases were successfully performed tumor resection, no complications, 4 cases of patients with recurrence, after treatment, no recurrence. Conclusion In the treatment of nasal inverted papilloma, endoscopic resection is an effective and safe treatment method, but it is more effective than Caldwell-Luc.
