摘要
目的探究临床血液检验误差如何降低,对检验误差的关键性问题进行分析。方法根据我院2014年的1 000份临床血液样本进行比较分析,对如何降低检验误差进行分析,寻找关键性对策,和提出检验误差降低对策前的情况进行比较。结果关键性对策提出后,相比提出之前的检验合格率有非常大的提升,结果前后对比存在显著的统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论临床中使用合理的对策来降低检验误差非常重要,能够保证检验的准确度,给患者的治疗和诊断提供可靠依据。
Objective To explore the clinical blood test error to reduce, the key to the test error analysis. Methods According to 1 000 clinical blood samples for comparative analysis on how to reduce test error analysis in our hospital in 2014, ifnd the key countermeasures, and puts forward the test error is reduced countermeasures were compared. Results After the key measures, the qualiifed rate of the test was very large compared with the proposed before and after the comparison, the results were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical use reasonable measures to reduce the error checking is important to ensure that the test accuracy, to the diagnosis and treatment of patients to provide reliable basis and clinical should actively use.
