摘要
目的研究分析心衰患者接受硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗的临床效果。方法 2011年2月~2012年6月我院共接收了90例心力衰竭患者,将这些患者分成A、B两组,均有45例,A组患者采取常规治疗,B组患者采取硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗,对两组的临床治疗情况进行对比分析。结果经过治疗,A组的临床治疗有效率是84.44%,B组的治疗有效率是93.33%,两组的治疗有效率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论硝普钠和多巴胺联合使用可以治疗心衰疾病,临床中的治疗效果良好,可以改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To study the clinical effect of heart failure in patients with the treatment of sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine.MethodsFrom February 2011 to June 2012 in our hospital received a total of 90 cases of patients with chronic heart failure,these patients were divided into groups A, B two groups,each were 45 cases. Patients in group A were taken routine treatment and sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine in the treatment of patients in group B. The clinical treatment of the two groups were compared and analyzed. ResultsAfter treatment,the clinical effective rate of group A was 84.44%, the effective rate of group B was 93.33%,and the difference of two groups was statisticaly significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Sodium nitroprusside and dopamine treating heart disease can improve the quality of life of patients and the clinical curative effect is good.
