摘要
现代教育的一个基本假设是童年期的独立。这种儿童观与现代教育勾连在一起,呈现为一种相伴生的历史现象。基于此,现代教育的可能性和限度可以从儿童观的角度获得说明。但是,已有的研究表明,无论是从时间维度还是从地理的维度来看,儿童生活的样态从来都是多样的,不同人群的儿童观并不统一。现代教育在儿童观上的基本假设值得继续讨论。在前现代时期和前工业化地区盛行的教育形式,在儿童观上与现代教育有根本不同的选择。这种儿童观、教育观是具有典范意义的历史概念。
A basic principle of modem education is the differentiation on the conception of child. The view of child is connected with the ideas of modem education. This investigation tells us that the possibilities and limitations of the modem education institutions could also be explained from the different views of child. The past half century of research shows that the life of children is always diversified and the views of children are also different among communities timely or geographically. As a basic principle of modem education, the specific view of child deserves further discussion. The education in pre-modem times and pre-industrial societies have basically based on a new series of principles. The concept of child is only one of them.
