摘要
目的 掌握云南省西畴县1998-2013年艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染者/艾滋病患者（AIDS）流行特征及规律,为政府制定防控策略提供参考依据。方法 收集1998-2013年西畴县HIV/AIDS流行病学资料,采用描述性流行病学方法进行统计分析。结果 西畴县1998年发现首例HIV病毒感染者,至2013年共报告537例,感染率为30.55/10万;报告感染者从2003年后逐年增加,其中2012年报告感染者最高,报告106例,占发病总数的19.74%;感染者以20-49岁青壮年为主,50岁人群呈逐年上升趋势;男性居多,女性比例逐年增加,男女比例为1.33∶1;职业以农民工及农民感染较多,占总数的75.98%;以性接触传播途径为主,异性传播为主占总数的91.81%。结论 西畴县艾滋病疫情总体呈上升趋势,感染者以青壮为主,职业以农民工及农民居多;需加强重点人群艾滋病宣传教育和艾滋病检测力度,建议试行早发现早治疗策略,以控制疫情的进一步上升。
Objective To master the epidemic characteristics of HIV/AIDS during 1998 -2013 in Xichou coun- ty, Yunnan province, and to provide references for formulating prevention and control strategies. Methods HIV/AIDS data during 1998 -2013 in Xichou county were statistically analyzed with descriptive epidemiologi- ca1 method. Results From the founding first case to 2013, altogether 537 cases were reported, with an infec- tion rate of 30.55/105. The infectors began to increase since 2003, with the highest infection rate in 2012 （106 cases）, accounting for 19.74% of the total. The infectors were mainly 20-49 youths and those with age above 50 years showed an uptrend. The male cases took a relatively higher portion and the proportion of female increased annually. The gender ratio of male to female was 1.33 ： 1. The occupations of the cases were mainly peasant workers and peasants, together accounting for 75.98% of the total. The transmission route was mainly sexually contact and the cases with heterosexual transmission accounted for 91.81% of the total cases. Conclusion The epidemic of HIV/AIDS is on rising. The infectors are mainly youths, peasants and peasant workers. The education and detection in the key populations should be strengthened. Early detection and early treatment strategy are recommended to control the epidemic.
