摘要
目的分析并研究中医综合疗法治疗肺炎的临床效果。方法将我院在2012年10月~2014年10月所收治的222例肺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组111例。对照组采用西医治疗,观察组采用中医综合疗法治疗,观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗效果更为显著,治疗有效率为96.40%,对照组治疗有效率为66.67%,观察组患者的并发症发生率和肺炎复发率更低,综合比较两组,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论在临床上对肺炎进行治疗采用中医综合疗法能够取得更为优异的效果,可以提高患者的治愈率,降低患者并发症的发生率和复发率。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional chinese medicine and therapy in the treatment of pneumonia.Methods222 cases of pneumonia patients in our hospital. The control group was treated with western medicine treatment,the observation group with integrated TCM therapy,therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups of patients.ResultsIn the observation group,the treatment effect is more significant,the effective rate of treatment was 96.40%,the effective rate of treatment group was 66.67% in the control,patients in the observation group the incidence of complications and lower recurrence rate of pneumonia,comprehensive comparison of the two group,P〈0.05,with statistical significance.ConclusionIn clinical on pneumonia treated by integrated traditional chinese medicine therapy can achieve more excelent results,it is worth using widely in clinic.
