摘要
对辽宁省内57所普通本科院校图书馆的特色资源进行调查,对其建设现状和开放程度进行总结,分析了影响高校图书馆特色信息资源共享的主观因素和客观因素。指出其存在孤岛化、缺乏共享与合作的问题。提出共享平台建设的目标、定位与原则,以及共享平台建设的基本框架。最后,指出共享平台建设所需要注意的诸多问题。
For the current situation of characteristic information resource sharing of university libraries in Liaoning Province, this paper establishes a set of ideas and methods to build an information sharing platform. The authors investigate the characteristic resources of 57 university libraries in Liaoning Province, summarize the construction status and the degree of opening, and analyze the subjective factors objective factors affecting the information resource sharing characteristic resources sharing of university library. The authors point out the problems such as lack of information update, sharing and cooperation. At the same time, the article points out the goal, location and principles of sharing platform, and presents the basic framework of sharing platform. Finally, the article points out the problems that should be attention to whlie building the sharing platform.
