摘要
电费核算作为电费管理的中枢环节,如果核算不细、把关不严,则极有可能引发营业差错,比如错收用户电费,进而可能与客户发生纠纷,损害供电企业的形象。因此,结合肇庆供电局电费集中核算的特点,剖析了目前电费集中核算中存在的问题,并提出了电费集中核算的几种措施,以确保电费核算的准确率。
