图书馆作为保存人类文化遗产的书籍和资料的单位,应该创新性地为读者服务,以传播民族文化为己任,建立新的管理模式,树立"一切为了读者,为了读者的一切"的理念,不断提升图书馆的服务质量。
Library as a unit to preserve the cultural heritage of books and materials, it should be innovative for the reader services, to spread the national culture as its own responsibility, establish a new management mode, establish ＂all for the reader, for the reader＇s everything＂ concept, and constantly improve the service quality of library.
