摘要
新媒体改变了大学生传统的生活习·赁、学习模式及思维方式，使高校辅导员的工作变得更加复杂。笔者结合新媒体的特点，分析高校辅导员工作的现状。探讨高校辅导员面对新挑战的应对策略。
In the new media has changed the traditional college students living habits, learning mode and ways of thinking, the work of college counselors become more comphcated. The author combined with the characteristics of new media, analyzes the present situation of college counselors work and face the challenges of the new strategies of university counselors are discussed.
