基于Solidworks车装钻修机井架设计方法

摘要 三维软件设计是现代企业进行产品设计、制造、管理的主要手段和工具,能够缩短产品设计周期、控制项目设计进度、减少设计出错几率.以石油钻井中车装钻修机井架为设计原型,应用Solidworks设计软件,通过对井架进行功能模块划分,建立布局骨架零件和装配布局骨架零件;利用自顶向下与自下而上相结合的方法,采用模块化设计,以优化产品设计流程、规范产品设计方法、提高设计效率、减少设计错误,确保工程设计整体关联性和产品质量. The application of three-dimensional software design method is the major mean and tool for modern enterprises to conduct product design, production and management. It can accelerate the design cycle of products, control the design schedule of project and reduce the error probability of design. Taking automotive drilling rig derrick in petroleum drilling as the design prototype, Solidworks design software is applied to build and assemble the skeleton construction components by dividing the function and module of derrick. Method of combination of Top-down and Bottom- up is used and modular design is adopted to optimize the product design flow, regulate product design method, improve the design efficiency, reduce the design mistakes and ensure the overall relevance of engineering design and the product quality.
