摘要
随着石墨烯研究的发展,将石墨烯与其他物质结合生成复合材料,已经成为该领域的研究热点。由于复合材料各成分之间可以产生协同效应,使得其相关性能得到提高,在诸多领域有着广阔的应用前景。以石墨烯基纳米复合材料为综述对象,详细介绍了制备石墨烯基纳米复合材料的两种新颖方法:气-液界面合成、采用独特的还原剂还原氧化石墨烯。着重介绍了石墨烯-金属氧化物复合材料的制备以及其在气敏传感、生物和智能设备等领域的应用,并展望了A-B-石墨烯三元复合材料的研究前景和发展趋势。
With the development of graphene research, graphene-based nanocomposites have attracted a great deal of attentions from all over the world. The synergistic effect between the components of the composites could im- prove the related performance and widen the applications in many fields. Two novel preparation methods of graphene- based nanocomposites are recommended in detail. Specifically, the preparation of graphene-metal oxide and the appli- cations to gas sensor, biological and intelligent equipment are introduced. Finally, the prospect and development trend of A-B-graphene ternary composites are briefly discussed.
