2009—2013年深圳市龙岗区法定传染病疫情分析 被引量:2

Analysis on epidemic situation of notifiable infectious diseases in Longgang District of Shenzhen City from 2009-2013

摘要 目的了解深圳市龙岗区法定传染病发病情况和流行特征,为制定有效的防治策略提供科学依据。方法利用描述研究方法对深圳市龙岗区2009—2013年间中国疾病预防控制系统报告的法定传染病资料进行统计分析。结果 2009—2013年,深圳市龙岗区无甲类传染病报告,共报告乙丙类传染病29种123 050例,死亡61例;年均发病率为642.59/10万,年均死亡率为0.32/10万。乙类传染病21种26 419例,年发病率137.97/10万,死亡49例,年死亡率为0.26/10万。丙类传染病8种96 631例,年发病率699.69/10万,死亡12例,年死亡率为0.06/10万。2009—2013年法定传染病以肠道传染病为主,占总病例数的70.87%;其中乙类传染病以血液与性传播疾病为主,占乙类传染病总发病数63.69%;丙类传染病以肠道传染病为主,占丙类传染病总发病数87.19%。结论深圳市龙岗区传染病发病率总体呈上升趋势,应继续加强疾病监测,不断完善传染病预防控制体系。 [Objective]To understand the epidemic situation and epidemiologic characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in Longgang District of Shenzhen City, provide a scientific evidence for the formulation of preventive-control strategies. [Methods]Descriptive epidemiological method was used to statistically analyze the data of notifiable infectious diseases in Longgang District of Shenzhen City from 2009-2013, which were reported by China disease prevention and control system. [Results]No class-A infectious diseases was reported during 2009-2013, while 123 050 cases of 29 class-B and class-C infectious diseases were reported, with 61 death cases, and the average annual incidence rate and average annual mortality rate was 642.59/ lakh and 0.32flakh respectively. There were 26 419 cases of 21 class-B infectious diseases, with the annual incidence rate of 137.97/lakh, and there were 49 death cases, with the annual mortality rate of 0.26/lakh. There were 96 631 cases of 8 class-C infectious diseases, with the annual incidence rate of 699.69/lakh, and there were 12 death cases, with the annual mortality rate of 0.06/lakh. During 2009-2013, the main infectious diseases were intestinal infectious diseases, accounting for 70.87% of total cases. Most of class-B infectious diseases cases were blood-borne and sexually transmitted diseases, accounting for 63.69% of total class-B infectious diseases cases, while most of class-C infectious diseases cases were intestinal infectious diseases, accounting for 87.19% of total class-C infectious diseases cases. [Conclusion]The incidence rate of infectious diseases is increasing year by year in Longgang District of Shenzhen City. It is necessary to strengthen the disease surveillance and improve the prevention and control system about infectious diseases.
