摘要
通过对南方集体林区林木采伐管理中存在困境的分析,提出了相应的解决对策,如按公益林、自留山商品林、其它商品林分类管理;简化、规范采伐审批程序;死守山上、放开山下的源头管理;引进社会化服务等等。
This paper analyzed the dilemmas of forest cutting management in collective forest area of South China,and put forward some concrete countermeasures such as classification management、simplifying the procedures of cutting,cutting operational management,etc.
