摘要
中国进入一个产业转型升级和人才开发的新时代,天津作为国家定位的先进制造业基地,迫切需要职业教育改革优化以提供强有力的技术人才支撑。文章分析了职业教育在宏观、中观、微观层面与产业需求、教学需求、企业需求脱节的现象,明确了职业教育的功能定位,提出了职业教育改革对策。
Industrial transformation and upgrading and talent development has been a national task in the new era for China. Tianjin, as the national orientation of the advanced manufacturing base, holds an urgent need for technical intelligence support via vocational education reform and optimization. The article firstly analyzes the unmatched development between vocational education and the demand of it from the macro, meso and micro level in terms of industrial needs, teaching needs, enterprise needs. It then explores the purpose, subjects and means of the vocational education＇s orientation. Finally, it puts forward some thoughts and measures on vocational education reform.
