摘要
从理论层面分析技工教育培训与技工供给规模对企业竞争力的影响发现:企业拥有专科学历的技工比例越大,越有利于企业竞争力提高,而拥有本科学历的技工比例越大,对企业竞争力的影响并不显著;企业对技工教育培训的投入越大,越有利于企业竞争力提升;人才市场的技工供给规模越大,越有利于企业竞争力提高。利用江苏省制造业企业的调研数据,使用有序logit计量分析方法,对上述结论进行实证检验,检验结果与理论研究的结论是一致的。
From the theoretical level, the paper analyses the impact of vocational education and the scale of skilled workers on the competitiveness of enterprises, and finds that larger proportion of skilled workers with a college degree is more conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. However, the competitiveness of enterprises is not significantly affected by the proportion of skilled workers with a bachelor degree. The enterprises invest more funds in education and training, which is more conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. More skilled workers are supplied in the talent resources market, which is more conducive to the improvement of competitiveness of enterprises. And then, an empirical test is made based on the data of the manufacturing enterprises in Jiangsu Province and the same result as the theoretical research conclusions is got with the method of the orderly logit.
