摘要
采用液氯、臭氧、氯胺和高锰酸盐复合药剂(以下称PPC)四种预氧化剂进行蒸馏水试验和原水试验以研究剑水蚤的活性变化情况.结果发现,2.0 mg/L氯胺和1.0 mg/L PPC对剑水蚤降活作用显著,分别降至C+D级和B+C级;2.0 mg/L臭氧的降活效果达到B级,3.0 mg/L液氯的降活效果为B+C级.四种氧化剂的灭活效果强弱顺序为:液氯、氯胺、臭氧、PPC.氯胺(2.0 mg/L,氨氮比例1∶3~4)具有较好的氧化能力和较强的持续接触能力,对剑水蚤的灭活和降活效果相对较好,被认为是一种比较理想的氧化剂.
Chlorine , ozone , chloramines and permanganate composite ( PPC ) were adopted in distilled water tests and raw water tests for the activity change analysis of Cyclops .The re-sults showed that 2.0 mg/L chloramine and 1.0 mg/L PPC had significant decreasing effect on Cyclops activity , which were reduced to C +D grade and B+C grade, respectively;2.0 mg/L ozone made the Cyclops activity drop to B grade ,and 3 .0 mg/L chlorine decreased the activity to B+C grade.The order of the inactivation effect for the four kinds of oxidant was:chloramines, chlorine, ozone and PPC.Chloramine (2.0 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen ratio of 1∶3 to 4) was adopted as an ideal oxidant .Because it had a good oxidation capacity and the ability of continuous contact to Cyclops , and its ability of inactivation and decreasing activity was relatively good .
