吡啶酮类双偶氮分散染料的制备及性能研究 被引量:3

Preparation and Performances of Pyridonoid Diazo Disperse Dyes

摘要 以3,3’-二氨基二苯砜/4,4’-二氨基二苯砜为重氮组分,在弱碱性条件下与苯基吡啶酮类偶合组分反应,合成了8支吡啶酮类双偶氮分散染料,产物结构经熔点、IR、1H-NMR和紫外表征。紫外和IR表明该系列化合物存在腙式和偶氮式结构互变,变色点p H为6.5~7.5之间。该系列分散染料在涤纶及涤/棉混纺织物上有着优异的染色性能。 Series of pyridone disazo disperse dyes were synthesized by diazotization of 3, 3'-/4, 4'-diaminodiphenyl sulfone coupling with N-phenyl pyridones in weak alkaline conditions. The product structures were confirmed by melting point, IR, I H- NMR and UV. UV and IR indicated that the structures of pyridone dyes were presence in azo-hydrazone tautomers. The pH of the color-changing points was between 6. 5-7.5. The series disperse dyes have excellent dyeing performances on polyester and cotton blend fabric.
