成纤维生长因子23对慢性肾脏病患者心血管疾病的影响 被引量:6

摘要 成纤维细胞生长因子-23( fibroblast growth factor 23, FGF-23)是近年来在慢性肾脏病( chronic kidney diease,CKD)患者中发现的一个重要的调节矿物质钙磷代谢的因子,钙磷代谢紊乱是CKD,特别是终末期肾病( ESRD)患者重要的并发症之一。2009年K/DOQI骨和矿物质代谢指南的新问题中指出:FGF-23是血磷的主要调节激素,可作为CKD进展和CKD透析患者死亡的生物学标志,并可能成为指导骨和矿物质代谢调控的指标工具[1]。大量研究显示, CKD 患者的心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD)与长期钙磷代谢紊乱密切相关,是慢性肾脏病患者常见的致死原因,据报告,我国透析患者约51%死于心脑血管疾病[2],FGF-23水平与CKD患者的心血管疾病息息相关。本文将FGF-23与CKD患者的心血管疾病关系做一简要综述。
