碟式太阳能电站双机架风致静力干扰效应的数值分析

Numerical analysis of static wind load interference effects on two disc frame of dish solar power plant

摘要 该文基于Fluent 6.3软件平台,选用Realizable k-?湍流模型开展两碟式机架静风载荷干扰效应研究。选取了单机架情况的三种最不利载荷工况,模拟了两机架基本布置形式(串列、并列和斜列)和布置间距对各工况机架风载荷的干扰,给出了各布置下的受扰机架静风载荷干扰因子,分析了干扰因子随布置形式及间距的变化规律,通过流场流线图探讨了机架风载荷干扰的产生原因。研究结果表明,串列布置的下游受扰机架静风载荷干扰因子均小于1.0表现为"遮挡效应",而上游施扰机架的风载荷趋于单体情况;斜列布置的干扰效应也表现为"遮挡效应",但较串列干扰弱;并列布置的两机架中间有形成"狭缝效应",但效果不显著。 Based on software Fluent6.3, the effects of two disc frames static wind load interference were investigated in a Realizable k-ε turbulence model. Three kinds of the most unfavorable load conditions in single rack situation were selected, then the interference effects of two racks basic layout forms (serial, parallel and inclined columns) and distances were simulated.The static wind load interference factors of each arrangement interfered frames were obtained, then the change rule of interference factors coincided with the arrangement of the layout form and distance were analyzed and the causes of wind load disturbance on frame were explored through the flow field streamline diagram. The results showed that static wind load factor of tandem downstream disturbed frame was below 1.0, which demonstrated a“shielding effect”, whereas the wind load of the upper frame tended to monomer case. Moreover, the interference effects of inclined column layout were also showed a “shielding effect”, but weaker than the serial interference. The interference effects between two parallel frames formed a“slit effect”, but the effects were not significant.
